This kitchensinkit roasted red pepper cream cheese sauce recipe is sooo good! We paired it with tilapia, zoodles (zucchini noodles), & chickpea noodles, but this sauce would literally go well with any protein/veggie/carb! The cream cheese in the sauce makes it delicious in my opinion, but I am a sucker for cream cheese, especially since it isn't something I eat very often. INGREDIENTS FOR THE ROASTED RED PEPPER CREAM CHEESE SAUCE
12 oz roasted red peppers, chopped
3/4 cup/block of cream cheese
Seasonings: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
Chicken broth (about 1 cup, maybe more depending on the consistency of sauce)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ROASTED RED PEPPER CREAM CHEESE SAUCE
Spray a pot with cooking spray & add the chopped roasted red peppers, seasonings, and cook for 5 minutes on your stove-top, stirring occasionally
Add cream cheese & stir until it is slightly melted
Add desired amount of chicken broth until it’s the consistency that you like & turn off heat
Serve immediately or put the sauce in a tupperware to use during your weekly meal plan (it lasts a few days!)
INGREDIENTS FOR TILAPIA, ZOODLES, & CHICKPEA NOODLES (makes 4 meals)
7 pieces of tilapia
4 zucchini
1 box of chickpea noodles
INSTRUCTIONS FOR TILAPIA, ZOODLES, & CHICKPEA NOODLES
Boil water & make the chickpea noodles according to the instructions on the box
Make tilapia in the air fryer (cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes)
Spirialize your zucchini using a spirializer
Sauté the zoodles in a wok with cooking spray & a little bit of seasoning until the zucchini is the texture that you like
Add your roasted red pepper cream cheese sauce
