Tis the season for a festive vodka martini recipe! The cranberry rosemary simple syrup is what makes the Rich & Kitch Christmatini so special! The cocktail recipe uses cranberries, rosemary, coconut sugar, lemon, & vodka - that's it! Such a festive vodka drink using only a few ingredients and the healthiest sugar we know about! I love a good vodka cocktail & don't like my drinks too sugary, so this martini recipe is super refreshing around the holidays. CHRISTMATINI: CRANBERRY ROSEMARY VODKA MARTINI
INGREDIENTS FOR HOMEMADE CRANBERRY & ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
2 fresh rosemary sprigs
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOMEMADE CRANBERRY & ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP
Bring ingredients to a boil
Stir until sugar dissolves/cranberries pop (5-7 minutes)
Remove rosemary sprigs
Let the syrup cool
CRAFTING YOUR CHRISTMATINI
1oz of cranberry rosemary simple syrup
2oz vodka (Tito's is our favorite)
Juice from ½ lemon (using a good lemon squeezer is super helpful)
Put ice cubes & above ingredients in your cocktail shaker
Add an ice ball to your martini glasses
Pour shaker contents with a strainer into your martini glass
Garnish with lemon twist, rosemary sprig, & cranberries!
